let me tell you what I usually recommend the size...

M size = ~5'7", 135 lbs(9.6 stones)

L size = ~5'9", 155 lbs(10.8 stones)

XL size = ~5'11", 175 lbs(12.4 stones)

XXL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs(13.6 stones)
